Jana Kramer bio
Jana Kramer became famous on television, where she played Alex in One Tree Hill's finale for the last three seasons. She was featured in several episodes as a new country singer, which helped her album make it to the Billboard 200 Top 20. Thirty One from 2015 reached 10th place. Her decade was rounded out with appearances for Dancing with the Stars. It was released in 2021 as the self-doubting Voices. Jana Rae Kramer was born and brought up within Rochester Hills Michigan. She grew up listening to the country genre, and eventually went on to pursue a career in recording. But, she first made an acting debut when she was a teenager in 2002's indie horror movie Dead/Undead. Over the years, she appeared on several shows, including All My Children and CSI: NY before landing the part of Noelle Davenport in NBC's Friday Night Lights in the second season (2007-2008). Kramer was next seen on 90210 in the role of Portia Randson from 2008-2009, and also as Brooke Manning for Entourage 2009. In 2009 she joined One Tree Hill's ensemble with the character Alex Dupre. Kramer remained in the character until the middle of the final season of One Tree Hill. Jana Kramer Kramer began her career with One Tree Hill in 2011. Her contract was signed for a record label Elektra Records during this time and released the country-rock song "I Will Not Go Down" on an episode. It was later included as a track on Jana Kramer, her debut album that debuted in the year 2012. This song landed in the Top Country Albums of Billboard's chart in the Top Five. Her focus was on her musical career afterward, she did not stop acting. she appeared in films such as Heart of the Country 2013 and Country Crush 2016 that would draw the attention of her fans. Kramer launched her second album of her own, Thirty One with Warner Music Nashville, in October 2015. It received a boost from her Top Five country song I Got the Boy and as a duet performed with Steven Tyler from Aerosmith. This album reached third place on the Billboard 200 country charts and top 10 on the Billboard 200. Starting in September of 2016, her two-month stint on the 23rd series of Dancing with the Stars ended in a fourth-place finish. The same year she was also a part of an adult-oriented hit song by releasing Feels Like Christmas which featured Straight No Chaser.
