Awkwafina

Awkwafina is an American actor and musician from the United States who was first noticed for her clever rappers, which explored issues of race and sexuality with the most comical of perspectives. She then expanded into Hollywood. She was born Nora Lum to Chinese and Korean immigrants from Forest Hills Queens her first experience with music came in the form of the trumpet. Jazz, classical and hip-hop training began as she was just a teenager. At college, she concentrated in her studies, pursuing a degree in journalism and women's studies. for a brief amount of time in Beijing as well, she was also studying Mandarin. The focus on music until after she graduated. After becoming famous on the Internet Her My Vag song My Vag was a reaction to Mickey Avalon's My Dick. It eventually appeared on the album she released, Yellow Ranger. It also contained songs that were viral such as body positive Queef or her wink-inducing hometown tour in NYC Bitche$. The latter track was linked to Awkwafina's NYC Travel Guide for 2015, which was a travel guide. A musician and an author were on her resume she decided to focus on becoming an actor for a third venture. In addition to early shows like Girl Code, Tawk and Bad Rap she also appeared in movies such as Neighbors to Storks. In 2018, she got several important roles such as Dude Ocean's 8, or Crazy Rich Asians. Her EP came out,"In Fina We Trust in June of the same year.
